PRC ID Renewal for Teachers

Last December 27, 2017 9:45AM
I successfully renewed my license (Teacher).

Renewing license is easy.

Steps to renew PRC license for Teachers (PIC)
1. Go online. Visit http://www.prc.gov.ph/
Click ID Renewal, choose where you will register, register and make an appointment.

2. Pay at the nearest payment center availabe at your place. After payment, print out the renewal form.

3. Prepare a passport size picture of you (latest one). Prepare all of your CPD's (Seminars, tanscript etc). Prepare the print out and the official receipt of you payment and your old PRC ID.

4. Go to the PRC center where you set an appointment. (Don't worry if the line is too long, there where only few who renew their license).

5. After you pass all the requirements, wait for at least 15-20mins., then after that, your ID is all set.

PRC accomodates huge number of applicant almost everyday - those were filing an exam or some were first timer to get an ID and the rest were asking for some certificates and renewing their ID.

The hardest part is how to be first in the line to make the transaction more faster. In my experience, I woke up early just to get a good number to be atleast first in the line. I went at the PRC Lucena City, Quezon by 5:30AM. I thought I was early but I found out that some of the people around me where there by 1:00AM. The guard started to give out numbers around 6:30AM. I am not first in the line but I was 7th for those who will renew the license. Good thing I wasn't a firstimer, or else I will wait a little longer. By 8:10AM we went inside and started to transact. Since I don't have CPD, it will be my debt that I have to repay after three years, when I renew again. Hopefully I could be able to attend seminars and comply with the CPD.

Around 9:45AM the PRC staff released my new ID.

December 18, 2017

Finally, after five or more attempts, I would like to introduce to you the "Samsung J7 Pro." Though it's not the latest, I'm thankful to have this one. The coolest part is that I am not expecting that the SMART Telecom to release this one today, yet it surprises me. Thank you Lord for this blessing.

This Plan 399 goes with Samsung J7 Pro with a lock in period of 30months. Since its a renewal phone, the 600 pesos cash out will be charged to my bill. A 7 day replacement and a year warranty.

Plan 399 package inclusion were:

1.) 3GB data
2.) Unli text to all networks
3.) 20mins. call to all network

Wait there's more, since its Christmas, SMART together with Samsung is very generous to give away some freebies. I am amazed that SMART representative (Migz) gave me free case holder for the phone and a free powerbank with a 5,000 mAh. Cool right.

My first pyment will reflect next year. As of today, I will enjoy my New Samsung J7 Pro, "Capture the night."

By the way a device fee of 600 pesos will be added to the Plan 399. Still cool for me.

SMART Plan 350 - Oplus 8.96 (Third Retention Plan)

Yes, this was my third retention plan and this post is very late. I got my third phone - O+8.96 last January 24, 2016. Almost two years ago but hey, the good news is I'll be able to avail new phone by next year - January 24, 2018 yipee!

Anyway to complete this post, I was able to use the phone not for a long time. It just so happen that my phone were unable to receive any signal a few months ago, yet my sim card still works. No matter how many times we try to let the phone work, it seems that the phone lost its signal. I got the same case with my Alcatel One Touch Magic. As of to this date, my Alcatel is now working well but the Oplus 8.96 still seems to have a problem. Everything is working well and good, except the signal.

Just to give info about the Oplus 8.96
Photo grab from google images

Screen - 5'
OS - Kitkat
Processor - Quad-core
Camera - 5MP and 2MP
Memory - 4GB internal
Sim slot - Dual sim (smart lock)

I know there were still lot of info you might be looking for, I just wanted to share that my Oplus 8.96 problem with signal still don't work. Also the camera is not that good, even though it is 5MP, my Samsung Galaxy Young 3MP is way better than the former. Over all, I don't regret taking the opportunity to own this phone and continue my partnership with SMART as one of their postpaid subscriber. And to add to it, when I got the Oplus 8.96, my plan was change to Unlimited text to all networks. Not bad at all. It was a good experience to share.

Do you have anything to share?
Problem to solve?
Ask me how and I will try to study and learn it and share it to you soon.

Have a good one and stay awesome.
