The 21-Day Healthy Habit Challenge

YES!

Unilab Foundation recentley post its 21-day healthy habit challenge.

The challenge is that, for 21 days - you/we have to post a photo showing you/we make healthy happen in different ways.

Today, I am moved and prayed for this. So as part of this project for a #healthierPH, I pledged to make #healthishappening in my everyday activity.

Day 1 Today I have difficulties on signing-up on Unilab's website, but by His grace, as I check again, I was shocked I'm already in and there I got my Voluntar and able to Volunteer. Hurray for today!




DAY 1: Sharing my life verse, Had a little reflection,
had a great day to start a week ahaead.

Day 2 Monday is a very busy day (everyone knows that), that's why I love this buddy!

Day 3 It's Sept. 30 (month end). I write my schedule/due dates and upcoming dates to remember ahead of time.


DAY 3: A simple list but very helpful to me. (makakalimutin pa naman ako).

Day 4 Oct. 1, a tension in Hongkoong. My mother used to work their. Just have to read this article and be updated.



DAY 4: Daily Periodic. Reading the latest news. Inform yourself too.

Day 5 I looked at my gadget's and they are very helpful to me in many ways (no need to enumerate them) Naisip ko, dapat inaalagaan din natin sila para tumagal buhay nila. Parang kalikasan natin, dapat alagaan. 



DAY 5: Do not waste energy, conserve the earth. GO GREEN.
Unplug when not in use.

Day 6 Yung totoo, ito talaga una kong kinukuha sa dyaryo. Nakakalibang kasi mag-sagot. Hindi naman kailangan matalino, kailangan ay ballpen or lapis. Hihi :)




DAY 6: Brainercise. Five stars difficulty.
My hardest puzzle solved so far.
Too messy for 47mins., not bad. I love this game.

Day 7 Matagal ko na sila nabili. Kinagabihan nga natapos ko na agad yung unang book. Masarap lang ulit-uliting basahin. 



DAY 7: Weekend's not yet over.
Collect and select. Allot time to read.

I achieved a healthy habit for seven days- in several ways. Two weeks more and forever to go. Woohoo!


Day 8 Tuwing umaga talaga pag nasisiskatan ako ng araw, naaalala ko yung sinabi ng teacher ko. Di ko malimutan.



DAY 8: SUN. According to our highschool science teacher,
the Sun gives Vitamin D from the time it rises
until 10 o'clock inthe morning.

Day 9 Holiday. Bonding with our cats. Kulit nila, nakakatuwang kalaro.


DAY 9: That pose tho, with her photobomber. Cat is love.
Love our pets, they are cute, funny and relieves our stress somehow.

Day10 Elementary palang ako nasanay nako na maaga sa school, nung high school nga madilim pa lang nasa room/school na agad ako (kakatakot pag minsan), pero doon naaabutan kong sumikat ang araw.



DAY 10: Just in time for work. Got a nice sleep,
woke up early and most of all less traffic.

Day 11 May palaman kami sa ref, kaya one week akong may baon na ganito. Unang umaalis ng bahay ang nanay ko, kaya pag-gising ko ready na ang baon ko sa opis. Haha



DAY 11: Pa-baong meryenda ng aking Nanay. A bread made of love,
filled with cheese and mayonnaise with chopped hard boiled egg.

Day 12 Ansarap talaga mag-bike, kahit masakit sa binti. Wohoo...



DAY 12: Got a few rounds today. Produced the so called "perspire".
Wohoo! I feel thirst after - and water solved it all.

Day 13 Tamang tama at may hinog na bayabas!



DAY 13: Handpicked guava's from the backyard.
Rich in Vitamin C, perfect for our rainy season.

Day 14 Saved Festival today, but we bought the ticket last July 27. Really excited for this. I'ts my first time.



Day 14: Going out with friends to witness this years Saved Festival.

Wohoo! Down to my last week, and until forever.

Bye for now, we're going to travel to Metro Manila all the way from Lucena City, Quezon. Smart Araneta here we come. 


Day 15 Inabot kami ng madaling araw. SULIT naman!

It's a very tiring day, traveling back and forth, we hit Smart Araneta at 7:00PM, and back to Lucena at 5:00AM. A must have sleep tho.

But its all worth it.

Day 16 Napakanta ako kahapon, kahit ngayon LSS parin ako,. Bumili ako nito sa tindahan, nag-crave ako (chocolates)


DAY 16: Be Happy. Enjoy sweet little things. #ChocNut

Day 17 Birthday ng aming Nanay today, Kumain kami sa labas kahit ayaw nila. Perahin nalang daw nila (mahal pa raw kasi). #minsanlangto


DAY 17: We eat once at twice of the capital city of Japan. We have a family bonding, we chat together, laugh together and celebrated our Mothers Birthday. We let God be at the center of our family that makes us have a healthy and happy Family, though we miss our two brothers at this event, uwi-uwi din kayo at manlibre. #healthierPH #healthishappening #day17

Day 18 Suman, kahit anliliit nila masrap parin.


DAY 18: Rice cake in English (according to them), But we call it Suman,
came all the way from Infanta, Quezon. I am not related to them but if you want to taste it too,
just text or call them, (just helping too to promote our province own delicacies).

Day 19 Thursday ngayon at puro throwback, kaya isa sa mga hilig kong gawin ang aking ibinahagi.


DAY 19: Writing is a way to express our thoughts and feelings. Ako, na-inspire ako magsulat nuong nasa sekondarya palang ako, nuong nabasa ko ang mga lathala sa Andamyo Tomo Blg. 3; Hunyo 2003. Habang nag-babasa ako nuon, naisip kong maging isang manunulat din gaya nila at nangagarap na minsan ay maging inspirasyon din sa bawat makakabasa ng aking likha. Sharing is a gift, kaya ibabahagi ko ang isa sa mga una kong naisulat. Ito ay nailathala noong August 2011 of Andamyo Volume 10. Day 20 Maulang umaga, everything has a purpose talaga. Kahit madalas ayaw nila sa'yo, ako gusto parin kita. At sino ba namang hindi mapapasayaw sa ULA...AA..AAN,

DAY 20: Rain. According to Patty Peoples - A Negative ion are tasteless, odorless and invisible molecules that we inhale when we are in environment that contains moving water like rain. Once it reaches our bloodstream, they are believed to produced biochemical reactions that help to relieve stress, alleviate depression and even boost energy. Day 21 John Lloyd Cruz as Ronald on The Trial. Walang teaser dito, panuorin nyo.. Pero ganito ang nangyari si Ma'm Bessy (Jessy Mendiola) teacher at tutor sya ni Ronald (spoiler,, haha) panuodin nyu na!

DAY 21: Movie Theraphy. According to what I read, therapist recommend movies to help change the way we think and feel. Well, according to me, watching movies are exciting, thrilling, bonding time, stress reliever, motivator, inspiration and a lot more. We can learn and re-learn things.
